Fall Sessions

Fall  Session #1

Monday July 16th – Sunday September 16th, 2018

[Racing: Santa Monica Classic 5k / 10k Sept. 9th]

Focus:  Form and biomechanics Focused

While increasing the endurance of each athlete, the main focus will also be form and biomechanics. Helping each athlete learn their body, how it moves, and how to improve its movement.  At the end of fall session #1 we will be running the Santa Monica 5k as a team. Parents are also welcome to join us for the 5k 🙂

Price: $250 for Fall Session #1


Includes: 3-4 training sessions per week, 2 yoga sessions per month

San Fernando Valley Locations: Burbank, Glendale, Sherman Oaks.

Fall  Session #2

Monday September 24th – Saturday December 15th, 2018

[Racing: Cross Country Races +  Long Beach Holiday Fun 5k Dec. 9th]

Focus:  Strength and Performance

While continuing to  increasing the endurance and biomechanics of each athlete, the main focus will also be strength and performance. Through team building and self awareness, we will help each of our
athletes learn how to be successful runners. Success equals improvement of self. At the end of fall session #2 we will be running the Long Beach
Holiday Fun 5k Dec. 9th as a team. Parents are also welcome to join us for the 5k 🙂

Price: $375 for Fall Session #2


Includes: 3-4 training sessions per week, 2 yoga sessions per month
