High School Training

Our high school program is based on supplying our athletes the right amount of work for them to be successful. Any high school athlete looking to run in college at the scholarship level that feels like they need proper guidance to succeed.

PreSeason: During the off season we supply a full training program to help our athletes prepare for the up and coming season. Making sure they have the proper amount of speed, strength, and endurance to start the season healthy and fast.

Post Season: Our post season program consist of USATF events that allow the athlete to extend their season. Sometimes athletes have more in them, and are able to hit fast times with the extra 2-3 weeks of training. At the start of post season each athlete will receive an evaluation to make sure they receive the proper training.

Sprinters
Training all year long for non multi sport sprinters can be very important. Putting sprinters and hurdlers through the proper progressions so that they peek at the proper point during track season is always the main goal. We help sprinters with important techniques like the blocks, running a curve, hurdling and perfecting their race plan. Making sure they are improving their flexibility and strength so that track season can be smooth. The time spent during the off season can be the difference
Coach Le'Von
Coach Le'Von has been coaching track and field athletes for a decade. Head track and field coach at John Burroughs High School and co-head coach of the Cross Country program. Along with the fantastic staff, Coach Le'Von has helped the program to a Division 1 CIF Southern Section title (2014), and multiple CIF state championship individual qualifiers.
Distance Runners
Managing a full calendar year of running can be tough. Our distance program is a full progressive program that helps high school runners prep for each season, as well as getting the most of their fitness at the end of each season. Strength programming is a very important aspect of running fast. Can also be hard to manage without the proper guidance. Here to help any athlete looking for someone to keep an extra eye to help manage the stress of school, running and all the individual programming that's involved.
