Our high school program is based on supplying our athletes the right amount of work for them to be successful. Any high school athlete looking to run in college at the scholarship level that feels like they need proper guidance to succeed.
PreSeason: During the off season we supply a full training program to help our athletes prepare for the up and coming season. Making sure they have the proper amount of speed, strength, and endurance to start the season healthy and fast.
Post Season: Our post season program consist of USATF events that allow the athlete to extend their season. Sometimes athletes have more in them, and are able to hit fast times with the extra 2-3 weeks of training. At the start of post season each athlete will receive an evaluation to make sure they receive the proper training.
