Our fall season is filled with fun 5k's and Cross Country Races. Practices vary up to 4 times a week. You can confident that your young athlete is having a blast while learning a new skill in a positive environment.
Summer seasons is a time to run learn new things. Focused mainly around track and field, our athletes learn the a variety of skills that help them become well rounded. They will have a blast with our team.
